Delivery Charges:

• Orders Below PKR 2,000: Standard delivery fee of PKR 200 applies.

     For all orders exceeding Rs. 10,000, a 10% advance payment is mandatory to confirm and process your order. This helps us ensure secure handling and timely delivery of premium items.

  2. Free Delivery on Advance Payment
     Enjoy Free Delivery when you pay in advance! Advance-paying customers automatically qualify for complimentary shipping on their orders.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Orders are typically delivered within 5–6 business days.

Order Cancellation:

• Cancellations can be requested within 4 hours of placing the order.

• Orders already initiated for shipping cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy:

• Products can be exchanged if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product was purchased directly from www.lilypk.com.

• Exchanges are only accepted if the wrong size or color was sent.

• If the customer ordered the wrong size, they must pay 50% of the price of the new product and return the previous one to the rider.

Return Policy:

• Returns are not accepted for inner-wear items, including vests, briefs, panties, camisoles, thermals, and socks, due to hygiene reasons.

• For other products, returns are accepted if:

  • The item is unused (other than for fit trials), unwashed, and in sellable condition.

  • All tags and original packaging are intact.

  • The original invoice is included.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
