• What are your shipping charges?

For orders above PKR 1999/- we provide FREE shipping across Pakistan. We offer standard delivery in the amount of PKR 200 for orders under PKR 2000.

• How many days does it take for the order to be shipped?

It takes 5-6 business days to ship the order to your doorstep.

• What is your Exchange Policy?

We make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with the product they receive. However, if it somehow didn’t meet your expectations, you may exchange it only if your product is:

- Unused, new, and have the original tag 

- Purchased within 7 days

* We only exchange if we sent the product in the wrong size or color. If the customer doesn’t fit in the ordered size, in that case the customer has to pay 50% of the price of the new product and return the previous one to the rider. 

• Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept COD (Cash on Delivery).
