You may request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations will not be accepted if your order has already been initiated for shipping.
Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Return Conditions
To maintain rigorous hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Inner-wear (including vests, briefs, panties, camisoles, thermals, and socks)
We will only accept returns for other products under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

The product(s) must have been purchased directly from lilypk.com and not from any other retailer, online or offline.
A return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Product(s):

The product(s) must be unused (other than for fit trials) and unwashed.
The product(s) should not have any stains, marks, stitches, or holes caused by the consumer.
All tags and original packaging must remain intact and should be included with the return.
The original invoice must be returned with the product(s).
The product(s) should arrive back at our facility in sellable condition.
Shipping Charges:

The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning products.
